Average Days On Market In Placer County

Interesting to see the days on market and average sales price vs. listings stats.  Although the days on market have adjusted between 30 days in August 2013 and 53 days in October 2014 the sales vs listing price has only adjusted between 96-98% in the same period of time.  Call me if you have any questions on this information.  Michelle 916-622-7791
